fews.tv goes online

We are very happy to inform you, that fews.tv, formerly known as breaking news map, starts today in its beta version.

So, what's new?

First of all, we've change the name on a new one - fews.tv, which is now a little bit shorter and also better reflects the idea of the site. fews is an abbreviation of feed news - the news over (RSS) feeds and .tv domain stands for our ambitions completely replace the news television :-).

Here is the summary of the some new features:

• multiple news sources 
• advanced view properties I : show the news from the certains locations
• advanced view properties II: "weighted" options for the news categories
• improved UI for better news presentation
  
• text-to-speech output (currently in the test phase in low quality and for limited number of news only)
